What are or is a “SNIAGRAB” ?

That’s a Questions I asked myself years ago when I lived in Denver Colorado. Now, bare in mind this word is from the late 70′s when I heard it . One day I was reading the local paper there in Denver and caught an ad for a local Ski Shop   THE SPORTS AUTHORITY ….

Here’s some good incite and advise on Credit, yours and mine in particular.
Credit cards have destroyed many people and many businesses financially because it’s easy quick money to access in times of emergencies which is OK in come cases.
“The Now” seems to kick in when we need “it now” and we’ll deal with the bill later. Don’t get me wrong Credit cards are a good thing to have and in most cases from a social stand point its necessary to function, But it can be detrimental and devastating if not managed correctly. I’m not criticizing any one with this blog in any way but, if the shoe fits then just read on and take this to heart.

Credit runs everything worldwide. “No credit no product”  From the smallest purchase like a coke at some of your fast food restaurants that now take your favorite credit card. The price plus interest. You do the math  Price + Interest = ?.

We as consumers have to watch out and read everything, it might just open your eyes and especially put $$ back in your pocket.

The new thing “FEE’S” everything has a hidden FEE from your utility bill to the credit cards. I personally had an experience with the phone company and my ignorance with some website the offered me “FREE stuff” if I gave them my contact number. Well, I did and after almost 2yrs of not reading my bill I had been paying 300.00 over a years time for 3 voice mail services. Who in gods name needs 3 voice mails.
Well, I had a hell of a time getting it removed from the home phone and getting my money back.  I actually get my bill credited not money back which was OK.  I’d rather have the cash!

**** THE POINT HERE IS READ EVERYTHING REGARDLESS ****

NOW BACK TO THE CREDIT ISSUE.

Credits cards are a wonderful source for Emergency cash, but not to live on. I have seen first hand consumers pay credit with credit, that doesn’t work!
Eventually it comes full circle and your in the credit and collections game just like allot of Americans and even foreigners.

If your wondering, I was a bill collector for over 13yrs,in a national bank on allot of there products and at my local credit bureau. That’s how I know what I’m talking about.

But, The Hype and other BS  about OBAMA this and OBAMA that. I wouldn’t care if he was purple. Just, get your act together.Too many people really believed in him. They want to judge him in some aspects based on his color.  “WRONG ANSWER”.

I taught my Sons & Daughters to judge a person based on merit not on the shade  of there skin. also, how they treat you as a person.

We as Americans are seeing new radical changes in our society that many people don’t like or really understand. We base our opinion on rumors from coffee talk and selected news they “the Media” want us to believe is “IT” and no other source is more credible.

I/We vote for Leaders, I/WE have the right to fire & hire those leader

no matter how high there office.

*1 E-commerce: People buying things on line through their home PC or even there I-phone from the comfort of there home or office. EBAY IS A GOOD EXAMPLE.

*2 Home based: People that don’t want the commute to an office or what ever the job profession is.  Most would love to just get up and flip on the PC  &  start working.
There are benefits for both the employer and the employee. Lower cost of space for the employer and a massive saving to the employee. Gas, wear on the car, being home with the kid(s)when need be.

There are so many to list you know and can see the benefits yourself.

Statement of events Re; Lois Tress Falco.

ON JAN 11, 2006 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM DOTTY DEYONCE (MOM’S FRIEND). SHE CALLED TO INFORM ME MY MOTHER WAS IN THE ICU AT WYOMING MEDICAL CENTER (WMC) AND I NEEDED TO GET OUT THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE DOCTORS WERE NOT SURE HOW LONG SHE WOULD LAST. LATER THAT EVENING I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM DOTTIE THAT MY MOTHER WAS IN STABLE CONDITION AND WAS DOING OK. I TOLD DOTTIE I WOULD GET THE TICKETS AS QUICK AS I COULD, WHICH WAS NOT UNTIL FRIDAY MORNING. THE EARLIEST I COULD GET A FLIGHT OUT OF GREENSBORO, N.C. WAS SAT MORNING. I WOULD ARRIVE SATURDAY EVENING.

I CALLED DOTTIE TO INFORM HER OF THE ARRANGEMENTS AND TIME WE (BRENDA AND I) WOULD BE THERE. DOTTIE SAID SHE WOULD BE THERE TO PICK US UP FROM THE AIRPORT WHEN WE ARRIVED.

FRI MORNING THE 12 OF JAN 2006 AROUND 10-11AM (EASTERN TIME) I  CALLED WMC TO  CHECK ON MY MOTHER’S CONDITION THE STAFF NURSE ON DUTY SAID SHE WAS DEAD AS OF 8:20 AM (MST).  I WAS DIVASTATED AND FELT I LOST EVERYTHING AND LOST THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN MY LIVE.

WHEN WE ARRIVED IN CASPER NO ONE WAS THERE TO MEET US. I CALLED DOTTIE TO FIND OUT  WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHY THERE WAS NO ONE THERE TO PICK US UP. DOTTIE CLAIMED SHE DIDN’T KNOW WHY CARLA SAYOR WAS NOT THERE YET AND SHE WOULD CALL HER. I CALLED DOTTIE BACK AND SHE SAID CARLA WAS ON HER WAY.

CARLA WITH HER HUSBAND FINALLY ARRIVED AFTER WE WAITED FOR LONG PERIOD OF TIME. ON THE WAY TO MY MOTHER’S APT FROM THE AIRPORT CARLA SAID WE COULDN’T GOT TO THE APT AND HAD TO WAIT TIL  MONDAY TO GO TO COURT  AND FILE EXECUTOR TO MOM’S ESTATE, AND WE SHOULDN’T HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH SONJA OR JEANNIE (MOM’S FRIEND’S).

SINCE WE COULDN’T GO TO THE APT. WE THEN WENT TO A RENTAL CAR PLACE AND FOUND OUT THEY WERE ALL CLOSED SO THEY DROPPED US OFF AT A HOTEL (SHOWBOAT) IN CASPER AND THEY LEFT I SAID WE WOULD CALL THEM SUNDAY MORNING. AFTER GETTING SETTLED IN OUR ROOM I CALLED MY SISTER (JOYCE) TO GIVE HER AN UPDATE. JOYCE SUGGESTED WE GET ALL HER MEDICAL RECORDS. THAT WAS 1 OF OUR MAIN GOALS.

ON SUNDAY THE 14 THE WE GOT A TAXI TO THE AIRPORT TO GET A RENTAL CAR. OUR 1ST TRIP WAS TO SONJA’S MY MOM’S FRIEND FROM DOWN THE HALL AT THE APT COMPLEX. THEY OFTEN VISITED EACH OTHER FROM TIME TO TIME. WHILE WE WERE THERE MY MOTHER’S DOG WAS BARKING AND WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE AT THE APT. I LOOKED DOWN HALL AND THERE WAS DOTTIE GOING INTO MY MOM’S APT. (WHY?)

ALL OF US (BRENDA, MYSELF, AND SONJA) WENT TO THE APT AND I CONFRONTED DOTTIE , I ASKED HER WHEN SHE WAS IN THE APT? SHE CLAIMS TO FEED THE DOG. I TOOK THE KEYS FROM HER AND VERBALLY FORCED HER OUT OF THE APT AND TOLD HER TO CALL THE (P.O.A) CARLA OR WHO EVER SHE WANTED I WAS LOIS’S SON & I’LL TAKE CARE OF HER AFFAIRS AND SHE DIDN’T NEED TO COME BACK UNLESS I CALLED HER TO COME.

BRENDA AND I STARTED TO CLEANING THE APT. I LOOKED OUT THE WINDOW AND I TOLD BRENDA THE POLICE ARE HERE AND WE NEEDED TO GET TO THE KITCHEN AND WAIT. TWO POLICE CAME TO THE DOOR WHICH WAS OPEN, I GAVE THEM MY ID AS SO DID BRENDA. WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. ONE POLICE OFFICER WENT TO THE CAR AND CAME BACK HE SAID WE NEED TO GO AND IF WE CAME BACK BOTH OF US WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED FOR FELONY BREAKING AND ENTERING.

THE OFFICER DIDN’T KNOW WHY WE WERE BEING KEPT OUT OF THE APT. HE ALSO ASKED IF WE WERE GOING TO TAKE THE DOG. I SAID NO IT’S PART OF MOM’S ESTATE. WE ALSO GAVE THE POLICE OFFICER THE KEY’S TO THE APT TO INSURE HIM WE WOULDN’T COME BACK.

THE FOLLOWING DAY BRENDA AND I WENT TO NEW COMERS FUNERAL HOME. THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR (MURIEL) TOLD USE MY SISTER (JOYCE) NEEDED TO GIVE WRITTEN CONSENT TO DO THE ARRANGEMENTS ON MOM’S BURIAL SINCE SHE IS THE OLDEST SURVIVING CHILD.WE WENT BACK TO THE HOTEL AND CALLED MY SISTER TO GIVE HER AN UPDATE AND SHE AGAIN STRESSED I NEEDED ALL HER MEDICAL RECORDS. I ALSO INFORMED HER SHE NEEDED TO FAX THE OK TO HANDLE THE ARRANGEMENTS ON MOM, JOYCE AGREED TO FAX THE INFORMATION AS REQUIRED. SHE ALSO AGREED  TO TALK TO MAURY (THE MANAGER OF THE APT COMPLEX) TO FIND OUT WHY WE WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE APT.

ON MONDAY BRENDA AND I WENT TO THE APT TO TALK TO MIKE AND MAURY. THE MAINTENANCE MAN OF THE COMPLEX AND THE MGR. MAURY SAID SHE DIDNT SEE WHY WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO GET MOM’S THINGS FROM THE APT SINCE SHE HAD PASSED. BUT IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM THEY COULD GET IN TROUBLE WITH SECTION 8 HOUSING.
BRENDA AND I WENT TO SECTION 8 HOUSING TO INQUIRE WHY WE WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE APT AND THE MGR AT HER COMPLEX WAS CONCERNED THEY WOULD GET INTO TROUBLE WITH SECTION 8 IF SHE DID.THE LADY THERE SAID THERE SHOULDN’T BE A REASON AND SHE DID’T KNOW OF A REASON WHY.

WE THEN WENT TO WMC TO GET MORE OF MOM’S RECORDS AND WE ALSO TALKED TO MS DINA BETTS (DIRECTOR OF CARE MANAGEMENT) FOR WMC. WE ASKED WHY THERE WAS A P.O.A. (SEPT 06) HIRED FOR MOM, WHEN THERE WAS AN ADVANCED DIRECTIVE ALREADY IN PLACE (MAY 06) IN HER RECORDS?  MS BETTS DID’T KNOW WHY. THE ATTORNEY HIRED WAS MIKE BURKE IN CASPER.

IMPORTANT NOTE; MOM WAS ADMITTED INTO WMC IN MAY 06. WHILE SHE WAS THERE SHE FILLED OUT AN ADVANCED DIRECTIVE(IN CASE A PATIENT LOOSES THERE FACILITIES OR GO’S INTO A COMA), ESPECIALLY AN ELDERLY PATIENT LIKE MY MOM WAS, THE FORM WAS FILLED OUT AND SHE MADE HER WISHES VERY CLEAR, SHE HAD APPOINTED TWO PEOPLE ON HER FORM.JEANNIE AND CORY KEBLER (MOM’S FRIENDS FOR OVER 15YRS) AND SHE WANTED TO REMAIN ON LIVE SUPPORT (RESUSATOR) THE FORM WAS  BY A HOSPITAL STAFF MEMBER AND SIGNED BY THAT WITNESS,THEN TURNED INTO THE HOSPITAL AND PLACED IN HER RECORDS.

THIS IS THE POLICY OF WMC PRIOR TO ADMISSIONS AND THIS FORM IS TO FOLLOW A PATIENT EACH TIME THEY ARE ADMITTED FOR TREATMENT. IN MY MOTHERS CASE THERE WERE FREQUENT VISITS. LATER SHE WAS RELEASED TO GO HOME TO HER APT.

IN JUNE OF 06 I CAME OUT TO SEE HER AND SPEND TIME WITH HER FOR ABOUT A WEEK. I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO BE THE LAST TIME I WOULD EVER SEE HER AGAIN, ALIVE….

JEANNIE KEBLER WAS THERE TO HELP MOM FILL OUT THE PAPERS IN MAY 06 WHILE IN WMC. JEANNIE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT MY SISTER OR MYSELF AND EVEN BRENDA IF NEED BE, SHE HAD ALL OF OUR HOME PHONE #’S ALSO THERE WAS MENTION OF 2 CHILDREN IN MOM’S MEDICAL RECORDS:

WE LEFT THE HOSPITAL TO GO THE HEALTH DEPT AND TALKED TO A MR HARRINGTON (HEAD DIRECTOR OF THE HEALTH DEPT) AND THERE I MENTIONED THE ALLIGATION OF THEFT OF MOM JEWLERY BOXES AND MONIES FROM HER APT. ALSO THERE WAS ALLIGATIONS OF MOM’S PERSONAL VALUABLES BEING SOLD ON E-BAY BY THERE STATE APPOINTED CARE GIVERS.

MR HARRINGTON SAID THERE WILL BE AN INTERNAL INVESTIGATION AND THERE WILL BE STATE PEOPLE COMING FROM CHEYENNE TO INVESTIGATE ALL THE ALLEGATIONS, ALSO THEY HAD A JEWELRY BOX OF MY MOM’S IN THERE POSITIONS WHICH KATE (MOM’S NURSE) BROUGHT IN, (WHY)?

WHILE IN THE CLOSED DOOR METTING THE CORNER WAS THERE AS WELL WITH A POLICE OFFICER (NAME UNKN). THERE WAS ANOTHER ALIGATION OF MISSING MEDICATION. I EXPLAINED TO THE CORONER WE HAD MOM’S MEDICAL RECORDS SHOWING THAT MOM WAS DIAGONISED WITH DEMENCIA (A FORM OF ALZHIEMERS).
AT THAT POINT THE CORONER AGREEDED TO GO WITH US TO THE APT WITH THE POLICE ESCORT.

MR HARRINGTON ALSO AGREED (HE DIDN’T ATTEND) TO GET A FEW THINGS ONLY PICTURES NOTHING ELSE. I AGREED. THERE REALY WAS NO OTHER CHOICE!

IN THE MEANTIME BRENDA, DOTTIE AND CARLA SAYOR WERE IN THE LOBY WAITING. I HAD EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO MR HARRINGTON RE; (JEWLERY, MONIES, AND OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS THAT WERE MISSING) THAN I LEFT HIS OFFICE. CARLA WAS THEN REQUESTED TO GO TO MR HARRINGTION’S OFFICE. SHE WAS THERE FOR SOMETIME, CARLA WAS UNDER SOME QUESTIONING HERSELF, SHE CAME OUT OF THE OFFICE VERY MAD FOR SOME REASON. I THEN WENT BACK TO MR HARRINGTON’S OFFICE, WERE HE SAID I COULD COME BACK LATER TO GET MOM’S JEWLERY BOX AFTER THEY INVENTORIED THE CONTENTS. (I HAVE THE FORM TO CONFIRM THIS INFORMATION).

MR HARRINGTON TOLD ME HE COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON THE RESULTS OF THE INTERNAL INVESTIGATION ONCE IT WAS CONCLUDED. THIS WAS VERY DISTURBING TO ME SINCE IT DID INVOLVE MY MOTHER AND THE STATE APPOINTED STAFF UNDER THE STATE GUIDE LINES FOR ASSISTED LIVING FOR THE ELDERLY.

LATER THAT EVENING BRENDA, MYSELF AND A POLICE OFFICER  WERE LET INTO THE APT BY MIKE (THE MAINTENANCE MAN). THE CORONER WAS LOOKING FOR MISSING MEDICINE. I’M STILL UNCLEAR ABOUT THAT ISSUE. WE WERE ONLY ALLOWED TO GET PHOTO ALBUMS NOTHINGS ELSE FROM THE APT. IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT NOT TO TAKE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, BUT WE (BRENDA AND I) WERE WATCHED THROUGHOUT THE APT LIKE THIEVES AND AS YOU ALREADY KNOW WE WERE ALMOST ARRISTED IN OUR LAST ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE MOM’S ISSUES OF TRYING TO CLEAR OUT HER THINGS FROM THE APT.
THE FOLLOWING DAY WE (BRENDA AND I) WENT TO NEWCOMERS TO SIGN THE PAPERS FOR MOM’S CREMATION. MY SISTER (JOYCE) HAD FAXED ALL THE PAPERWORK TO THE FUNERAL HOME FOR ME TO HANDLE ALL THE ARRANGEMENTS.

WE LEFT THE FUNERAL HOME.

BRENDA AND I WENT BACK TO WMC TO RETRIEVE THE REST OF MOM’S MEDICAL RECORDS. OUR NEXT PLACE WAS THE HEALTH DEPT. BRENDA AND I WENT TO SEE MR HARRINGTON TO GET MOM’S JEWERLY BOX AND SIGN FOR THE CONTENTS. WE RECEIVED THE BOX AND WENT TO THE HOTEL. AFTER VIEWING THE RECORD MAINLY THE 11TH AND, 12TH OF JAN 06 WE NOTICED THERE WAS A DPOA AND CARLA SAYOR WAS THE PERSON NAMED ON THE POA (SEPT 06).
THE TIME LINE ENTRIES NOTE CARLA WAS ASKED 2TIMES DO THEY WANT TO DNR (DO NOT RESUSATATE) MY MOTHER AND TWICE SHE SAID “YES” THERE WERE ALSO ENTRIES CLAIMING CARLA CALLED THE CHILDREN TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON
(BOLD FACE LIE) SHE ALSO CLAIMED WE (MY SISTER AN I) REQUESTED NO FURTHER TREATMENT (ANOTHER LIE), DOTTIE WAS ALSO PRESENT DURING THIS EVENT.

QUESTION; IF CARLA KNEW ABOUT THE CHLDREN FROM THE MEDICAL RECORDS THEN WHY DID SHE NOT TELL THE HOSPITAL THERE WERE CHILDREN INVOLVED ON HER RECORDS AND WHY DIDN’T THE HOSPITAL NOT CALL THE ADVANCED DIRECTIVE PERSON LISTED (JEANNIE & CORY KEBLER) TO ADVISE HER AND CORY OF THE SITUATION?

LATER THAT EVENING WE CALLED JEANNIE TO HAVE HER MEET US AT THE HOTEL. WHEN SHE ARRIVED WE BROKE THE NEWS TO HER.  JEANNIE DIDN’T TAKE IT WELL EITHER, ABOUT MOM. JEANNIE STARTED TELLING US ABOUT THINGS MOM HAD LIKE BONDS WITH DUPONT AND OTHERS IN GENE’S NAME.

MOM WAS GOOD FOR HIDING MONIES AROUND THE HOUSE AND HER JEWERLY BOX’S FULL OF THINGS. HER WEDDING RINGS GENE HAD GIVEN HER.

JEANNIE WAS VERY UPSET THAT CARLA HAD RUN HER OFF BY THEATENING HER WITH ELDER ABUSE AND POSSIBLE JAIL TIME IF SEE CAME AROUND MOM AGAIN.

(I HAVE A WRITTEN STAEMENT FROM JEANIE RE; THIS ISSUE) JEANNIE TOLD US ABOUT THE ADANCED DIRECTIVE ON MOM SHE FILED OUT IN MAY, SIGNED AND WITNESED, AND THERE WERE POLICE REPORTS FROM MOM CALLING CLAIMING MISSING THINGS LIKE  MEDICINE, PICTURES,CLOTHES AND E-BAYS SALES. MOM EVEN WROTE OUT A STATEMENT BEFORE SHE WENT HOME IN MAY.THE LOCATION IS UNKNOWN.

WE MANGED TO ALSO FIND OUT THE CARLA WORKED FOR ELDER CARE AS AN ADVOCATE. BUT WAS ALLEGEDLY FIRED.

WE THEN WENT TO THE ELDERCARE AND REQUESTED THE DIRECTOR OR MGR OF ELDER CARE MS VIRGINIA KING WASN’T AVAILABLE  SHE WAS RETIRED WE TALKED TO MS RITA ORTIZ AND WE WERE DIRECTED BACK TO THE HOSPITAL TO TALK TO MS MILLIE DUCKWORTH THE INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK FOR WMC.

MS DUCKWORTH WAS ALSO THE PRESIDENT OF ELDER CARE AND SHE WAS THE PERSON WHO INITIATED THE FIRING OF CARLA SAYOR.  SHE ALSO SAID IT WAS FOR A GOOD REASON. SHE ALSO SAID IF SHE WAS SUPEONED SHE COULD TESTIFY IN COURT.

NOTE; CARLA SAYOR DID WORK FOR THE HOSPITAL AND ELDERCARE DURING THIS TIME FRAME (MAY O6 THRU JAN 07) AND STILL WORKS THERE AT WMC AS OF LATE 07.

I KNOW BECAUSE I CALL WMC AND TALKED TO HER MYSELF. I WANTED TO KNOW WHY SHE DID WHAT SHE DID?? SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDN’T HAVE TO TALK TO ME AND HUNG-UP.

BRENDA AND I WENT TO THE POLICE STATION FOR A THIRD TIME TO TRY AND GET MORE INFO. WE WERE TOLD TO GO TO THE COURT HOUSE AND CHECK WITH ALL THE CIVIL & DISTRICT CLERKS OF COURT.  I GAVE THEM MY NAME & MY MOTHER’S NAME. NO INFORMATION FROM ANY COURT OFFICE LISTED ME OR MOM ON THERE FILES.

BRENDA AND I WERE ALSO TOLD TO GET AN ATTORNEY FOR MOM’S ESTATE BY A POLICEMAN AT THE STATION. SO WE DID, AT A COST OF $500.00 MR RICK HARDEN. WE EXPLAINED THE WHOLE STORY TO HIM AND WHAT WE NEEDED AND MR HARDIN GET THE JUDGE TO SIGN THE PAPERS FOR ME TO BE APPOINTED AS EXECUTOR OF MOM ESTATE, BARE IN MIND HER ESTATE CONSISTED OF A SOCIAL SECURTIY CHECK ONCE A MONTH AND LIVING IN SECTION-8 HOUSING.

FRI WE WERE CALLED TO COME AND GET THE PAPERS FROM MR HARDENS OFFICE. BRENDA AND I WENT TO THE APT MGR AND SHE GAVE US THE KEY.WE FINALLY GOT INFO MOM APT AND STARTED CLEANING JEANNIE, SONJA AND DOTTIE WAS THERE LATER THAT AFTERNOON. WE CLEARED MOST OF HER FURNISHING, PICTURES, AND OTHER EFFECTS BY GIVING THEM TO SOME OF THE TENENTS IN THE BUILDING THAT WANTED THEM. A LOT OF THEM KNEW MOM & LIKED HER.

WE FINALLY GOT THE APT AS CLEAN AS WE COULD AROUND MID-NIGHT.BRENDA AND I ARRIVED IN GREENSBORO, NC SATURDAY AFTERNOON TOTALLY DRAINED AND EXHAUSTED FROM THE WEEKS ORDEAL.

THIS SEQUENCE OF EVENTS TAKES PLACE FROM 13TH OF JANUARY THRU 19TH OF JANUARY 2007 WHILE BRENDA AND I (MARTIN TRESS) WERE IN CASPER WYO.

THE FINDING FROM OUR INVESTIGATION ARE AS FOLLOWS

1-THE POWER OF ATTORNEY WAS NOT LEGAL DUE TO THE DEMENCIA MY MOTHER DIAGNOSED WITH PRIOR TO SIGNING THE PAPERS.

2- THE POWER OF ATTORNEY; CARLA SALOR HAD NO AUTHORITY TO HAVE MY MOTHER (LOIS TRESS FALCO) REMOVED FROM THE LIFE SUPPORT. SHE ALSO LIED TO THE PHYSICIANS THAT SHE CALLED THE CHILDREN.  I KNOW FROM WHAT I HAVE READ ON WYOMING LAW SHE CAN BE BROUGHT BEFORE A JUDGE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ON HER DECISIONS MADE DURING THAT TIME FRAME AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE DECISIONS SHE MADE.

3-THE HOSPITAL;WYOMING MECICAL CENTER IS IN ETHICS VIOLATIONS FOR NOT CONTACTING THE NEXT KIN OR HER APPOINTED REPRESENTITAVE (ADVANCED DIRECTIVE) JEANNIE AND CORY KEBLER WHICH WAS ALSO LISTED IN HER MEDICAL RECORDS.

4-THE HOSPITAL; WYOMNG MEDICAL CENTER HIRED AN ATTORNEY FOR NO REASON THAT WARRENTS A BAR COMPLAINT.

5-THE ATTORNEY MIKE BURKE DID NOT DO A COMPLETE SEARCH OF DOCUMENTS TO CLEAR THE WAY FOR THE POA. WHICH IS STILL NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT.

6-THE POA WORKED FOR THE HOSPITAL WHICH IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST ACCORDING THE WY LAW.

AND FINALLY IN 2008 BRENDA & I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE HOSPITAL ATTORNEY MR WILLIAMS. HE STATES “WE (WMC) ARE WITH IN THE LAW & NO WRONG DOINGS WERE DONE AND THEY WILL STAND BY THERE STAFF ON THIS ISSUE”………………

IF THE THERE IS ANY DOUBT ON MY ALLEGATIONS, I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO BACK MY CLAIMS.

ONE MORE THING. I’VE SPOKE TO NUMEROUS ATTORNEYS IN CASPER THEY WILL NOT EVEN TOUCH THIS CASE DUE TO FEAR OF SERVICE REFUSAL OR BECAUSE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST. ALSO, I EVEN WENT TO THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, SENIORS, ATTORNEY GENERAL NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.

DOES THIS FACILITY CARRY THAT MUCH POWER?

DO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO PLAY “GOD”?

THE POINT OF THIS BLOG IS THIS- ETHICALLY, MORALLY, & JUST PLAIN DAMN CONSIDERATION WOULD HAVE STOPPED THIS PROCESS.
